Executive chef Eran Rozen grew up in a small town south of coastal Tel Aviv and spent most of his life in Jerusalem. Eran is driven by his culinary passion and Sephardic heritage. With classical training and over 10 years of experience at Nava, he skillfully merges traditional Jewish menus with contemporary kosher twists.
